History

Reactive Zero Two Limited was formed in June 2002. The company has expanded from an initial van and operating from a small rented office to its current size with a fleet of 14 vehicles, its own offices, workshops and yard.

The directors set out to provide a professional and responsive building maintenance service to industrial, retail and commercial clients and over the last five years they have achieved this and more.  Please read on to see the services provided.

Overview of Operations

The Company’s Head Office at Swanley in Kent is home to its Operations and Accounts Departments, Warehouse, Workshop facilities and storage yard.  Close by at Sidcup, Kent the Company has its own separate Metal Workshop where the manufacture of steelwork is undertaken.

The Company has two dedicated Controllers who oversee all the day to day operations from the initial taking of the order through to the final invoice.  A Surveyor and an Estimator are available for the preparation of reports and submission of quotations and tenders.

The Company operates a modern fleet of ten fully livered and equipped vans to ensure a reliable service is always maintained.

All operatives of the Company are employed on a PAYE basis and are provided with Company corporate clothing to make them easily recognisable whilst on clients’ sites.

Health and Safety

Health and Safety matters are paramount at Reactive Zero Two Limited and all works are always carried out with the health and safety of employees and clients in mind.  Relevant PPE and documentation such as Method Statements and Risk Assessment are always provided.
