Our vision is to become and be the leading family owned, run and independent business, in the maintenance services sector, delivering a continually improving services through working with our clients, and investing in our resources and self-delivery.

Our Strategy

We self-deliver a broad range of services, and our strategy is to continue to deliver upon this method, continually investing in our trades people, plant and equipment resources to deliver more services quicker, better, more cost efficient, more environmentally friendly and all in-house.

Our model and continued direction gives us more control over the successful outcome of works and allows for a more responsive and efficient delivery across a range of services we offer. This enables us to be flexible 24/7 ensuring resources are where they need to be and when they need to be there, allowing our clients to provide us with complex jobs on short notice.

With in-house expertise and senior management deployed across the breadth of our services, we can achieve higher standards for lower costs, through the process of having in-house all the components required for efficient delivery for our services to our clients.

Maintenance is more than tradesmen in vans, to be able to offer a wide range of services 24/7 it requires the support, equipment and plant services to accommodate more challenging jobs that maintenance and our clients can entrust into us.

We are always inwardly investing in our facilities, plant, and equipment to be able to self-deliver all our services, from investing in training in new techniques to keep a fleet of support vehicles, ranging from road sweepers, cherry pickers, drainage tankers, items that are vital to deliver a 24/7 maintenance package.
