We are looking for someone to join us in the role of a Multi-Trade Operative. Location can be based anywhere within greater London or outside.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering quality workmanship within your specific trades and without close supervision
• You will take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard.
• You will maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job.
• Ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring company vehicle is used in accordance with company vehicle policy

What you will need

• Experience in at least one of these trades, but not limited to; Carpentry and Joinery, plumbing, tiling, rendering, plastering, painting and decorating.
• As a company we also carry out ground works repairs, drainage and roofing repairs, so applicants of all skill sets are welcome
• Excellent Communication Skills
• A full driving license
• Ability to work on own or as part of a team
