We have an opportunity for new roofing operatives or those from a maintenance background to join us and continue to provide the service that sets us out as an industry leader. Works will cover across London and the Home counties, respectively for where engineers are based.

We are looking for roofing operatives or those willing to participate in assisting the teams, to join our team for carrying out responsive maintenance repairs on commercial properties. Working in teams the role will include daily team working to carry out maintenance repairs on commercial roofs. Our maintenance repairs can range from small several day repairs to week long repairs to ensure we carry out the best possible standards of works to the portfolio of commercial buildings we look after.

As a company our clients have large property portfolios driving the need for roof repairs, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Come rain or shine, we operate a team of roofers who switch between works to ensure we operate five days a week. There are no rain off days for our roofing teams.

You will work alongside a long serving management team, where we continue working for long standing clients of Reactive Zero Two ensuring our operatives can settle in and get to know the customers, and just focus on and enjoy the work they do. You will get full daily operational support, job and administration management through our PDA’S and daily schedule management. We manage your systems so that you can concentrate on just doing a great job for the client.

Our operatives are more than just roofers, they are working at height engineers, utilising access methods and techniques to ensure we are at the leading edge of capability and safety. From our own MEWP’s on sites, drone surveys of roofs through to abseiling down buildings and everything in between, our team is trained and prepped to deal with a wide range of scenarios.

Your Key Responsibilities

• As a Roofing Maintenance Operative, you’ll take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to commercial properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard.
• Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job
• Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
• To build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level.

You will have;

• Experience in roofing maintenance tasks and/or full refurbishment projects. All experience levels are welcome.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• A full driving license and the ability to drive a van and keep that van at home.
• Ability to work as part of a team
