What we do

Reactive Zero Two offers the full range of standard building fabric services, from carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing all the way to flooring and carpets.

Alongside our more specialist services, our multi-skilled workforce allows for a wide range of diverse and varying trade jobs to be undertaken on a single visit, limiting the need for multiple contractors on site. Our team operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout and our team has a range of capabilities allowing for reactive and planned preventive maintenance programmes for any of the services required.

Safety is always our number one priority and compliance to those standards and getting all of our people home safely is a must. This is achieved through a rigorous health and safety training programme for all our operational staff both in-house and through accredited national providers.

What makes us different

FLEXIBLE TIMINGS:
Our business model is built around a true 24/7 service and what this allows for, is for our clients to pick when packages of works are completed to suit their needs. Works in public environments such as shops and hotels, need to be done at times of the day to have minimal impact on site operations and we can mobilise these packages of works at very short notice.

IN HOUSE TRADESMEN:
All of our works are carried out by a team of in-house tradesmen. They arrive onto site in company branded vans, wear branded uniform and display ID cards, to reflect the best possible representation of ourselves and for our clients on site. It also allows us total control over the works and the timescales needed to meet the clients demands, and we can be completely flexible with our works to drive down costs.

QUALITY CONTROL:
All of our tradesmen are qualified and experienced, but quality control does not stop there. All of our works are managed by our in-house helpdesk team from the works planned to the health and safety involved, and all works are signed off by experienced and qualified operations managers. This ensures we can guarantee our clients that the works will be done to a high standard and safely.
