What we do

Reactive Zero Two offers a full range of drainage services to our client base. We provide a reliable and robust drainage maintenance programme for a range of customers as well as all ad hoc reactive services that may arise.

From inspections, cleaning, unblocking, repairs or renovations in toilets, downpipes, drains, sewers, manholes and septic tanks, a commitment to innovation, integrity and collaboration with our clients to their individual needs sets out every action we take, removing the problem for our customers. We operate our own engineers and equipment safely, sensitively and efficiently, all ways keeping in mind the specific challenge of the client we are working for, from residential toilet unblocks through to flooded loading bays for stores on commercial sites, we are equipped to deal with the situation.

From unblocking toilets with jetting packs, carrying out CCTV surveys, using vacuum tankers to clear flooded stores or complete civils packages to install or remove and renew drainage networks, we conduct all of these works for our client base on a daily basis and on a 24/7 availability.

What makes us different

EMERGENCY AVAILIBILITY:
Reactive Zero two has its engineers and drainage plant and equipment in-house, ready to be dispatched at any time of the day, at any time of the year. From simple jetting of blocked toilets, to vacuum tankering out flooded store car parks, we can respond immediately. Our engineers will never leave site until the issue is resolved.

A COMBINED SERVICE:
Drainage and subsequent plumbing services, are just a part of the overall package of services we deliver to our clients, which means that every stage of the life cycle of the job can be dealt with in-house by ourselves. This means for our clients, that regardless of the scale of the job, a single call to us and we can dispatch the required field teams to site to deal with each stage of works. For example, If a drainage flood in a store then requires a specialist deep clean, then we have that service in-house and that can be dispatched to site as part of just one job.

IN HOUSE EXPERTISE:
Our in-house engineers, plant and equipment ensure that we have full control over project programming and delivery of drainage related works. Combined with experienced management in this field, we are able to deliver a broad range of services entirely in-house, which speeds up delivery times and drives down costs to our customers.
