Reactive Zero Two has worked on commercial buildings on a daily basis during its 20 years plus of trading. These buildings come with a range of challenges inherent to the design of the buildings, and during the day the buildings are in use by the occupants so repairs needed need to be carefully planned and executed. We offer clients very specialist, cost effective, value for money repairs and maintenance solutions for an entire range of needs, from roof maintenance and PPM’s, through to glazing and doors, down to car park works and drainage maintenance and repairs.

Within our offering we can provide planned maintenance, responsive maintenance, new installations and project works if required and a range of service contracts to support those who own or manage commercial buildings, whether at low level or in high rise applications such as office blocks, hotels, hospitals, universities, or shopping centres.

Who we work with

Reactive 02 works with some of the largest commercial landlords operating on small office blocks through to skyscrapers as well as maintaining some of the largest and most prestigious individual hotels in London as well as working for national hotel chains across the South East. All aspects of our engineers training comes into play, as all of our team need to blend into the background and conduct our works without disturbing residents, tenants or guests of the premises.

Who we work with

The work we do

We will conduct day to day reactive maintenance, minor works projects and major refurbishment programmes in the commercial sector. From fixing blocked sinks in a hotel room to removing and renovating entire restaurants, our clients can come to us for the full range of services. In house we can conduct all works from basic carpentry to drainage tankers through to rope access installing glazing.
