Reactive Zero Two has worked in the industrial sector regularly during its 20 years plus of trading. We have carried out a range of daily maintenance repairs through to providing large and complex projects on large industrial buildings, estates and infrastructure.

We offer clients very specialist, cost effective, value for money repairs and maintenance solutions for their entire range of needs, and we know the challenges of the industrial environment and the needs to work around large-scale operational buildings in a safe manner that does not interrupt the operations of that building. Be it working on large logistics hubs, data centres, train stations or ports, we have the resources and training in our workforce to deliver efficient, safe and carefully planned repairs around the needs and timings of the site.

We work with some of the UK’s largest logistics providers, delivery services, distribution centres and data centres, providing them 24/7 maintenance services for very large and complex buildings in very busy operational environments.

From ad-hoc projects to long term multi-year maintenance frameworks, you will routinely find us keeping some of the nation’s largest distribution centres up and running.

The work we do

On industrial sized buildings, everything is bigger and more time critical. Flooded car parks make it difficult for drivers to unload into depots, roof leaks threaten parcel sorting machines, broken doors stop movement between stations, everything on industrial buildings needs to be rectified yesterday. Our in-house team and our range of equipment and plant allows us to respond to any manner of issues, regardless of its size and get industrial property back up and running.

Our approach

Industrial buildings make all repairs required larger scale than conventional buildings. Bigger heights to reach, bigger doors to fit, bigger glass to replace, bigger gates to hang and this means we need to have the equipment in house to respond.

From internal rope access teams for roof repairs, cherry pickers for access, through to drainage tankers and road sweepers for car park maintenance, we are suitable equipped to deal with industrial scale repairs.
