We have carried out social housing repairs through to providing a range of daily services for prestigious central London estates and we know the challenges that landlords and housing bodies face with requiring efficient repairs and services 24/7 to meet the needs of the tenants and their schedules.

We offer clients very specialist, cost effective, value for money repairs and maintenance solutions for their entire range of needs, and these services can be scheduled during the day, evenings or weekends to meet the availability of the tenants. We operate a staffed 24/7 service ensuring clients have access to all our services during the evenings and the weekends.

Within our offering we can provide planned maintenance, responsive maintenance, new installations and project works if required and a range of service contracts to support those who own or manage residential buildings.

Who we work with

Reactive 02 works with some of the largest residential landlords across the central London market, student accommodation through to the hotel sector.

We know the challenges that landlords and housing bodies face with requiring efficient repairs and services 24/7 to meet the needs of the tenants and their schedules. When we say we are a 24/7 company we really are, from the engineers to the company directors, everybody is onboard to deal with your property requirements and needs.

The work we do

We will conduct day to day reactive maintenance, minor works projects and major refurbishment programmes in the residential sector.

From decorating flats, changing hallway carpets, installing bathrooms, conducting gutter PPM’s all the way round to out of hours break ins, our clients can come to us for the full range of services. We conduct all works for our clients day to day maintenance needs in-house with trained and professional operatives, through to the inhouse provision of larger and more specialist equipment for those tricker jobs, be it drainage tankers, cherry pickers, scissor lifts, we have it all ready 24/7 to work around the tenants needs.
